Karen Fedchock, MBA

Karen is MAI’s Managing Director and leads the Marketing team as Chief Marketing Officer.  Karen is responsible for designing and implementing marketing and communication strategies that showcase MAI’s growth and expansive services, as well as the firm’s dynamic culture and client experience. She joined MAI in 2022 from PNC Bank where she served as the Vice President of Customer Experience providing strategic client vision for the Credit Card business.

Earlier in her career, Karen performed various marketing roles achieving multiple prominent promotions. She held senior leadership roles at KeyBank and American Greetings Corporation. Karen is committed to driving value through dynamic business and marketing strategy execution.

Karen holds a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. She received prestigious recognition for achieving the YWCA Woman of Professional Excellence Award. In addition to her extensive experience working for large brands in the field, Karen is an active member of her community in Avon, Ohio, and serves on her development’s Recreation Board.
