MAI Capital Appoints Olha Paluch as New Managing Director and Senior Wealth Manager

The financial services industry veteran joins $7B firm to help advance wealth management services at the firm's NYC office


CLEVELAND – July 8, 2020 – MAI Capital Management, LLC (“MAI”), an independent registered investment adviser specializing in comprehensive wealth management for high-net-worth individuals and families, has appointed Olha Paluch as Managing Director and Senior Wealth Manager. In her new role, Olha will work to advance MAI’s wealth management services at its office in New York City.

Olha brings over 30 years of financial services experience to her new role, including a focus on advising high-net-worth individuals on growing, persevering and transferring wealth. Most recently, she worked as a Senior Vice President and Relationship Strategist at PNC Wealth Management, where she was actively involved in enhancing the client experience, onboarding new clients and advising on asset allocation strategies. Previously, Olha held positions with City National Bank, Bank of America and J.P. Morgan Chase Bank of New York.

MAI has achieved sustained growth since partnering with Wealth Partners Capital Group (“WPCG”), a financial services holding company, in July 2017. In May 2020, MAI expanded its New York City presence with the acquisition of Grisanti Capital Management, LLC. MAI first expanded to the New York City area after acquiring J.M. Hartwell in December 2019. Additionally, the firm acquired MTX Wealth Management in Reston, Virginia, and partnered with John D. Dovich & Associates in Cincinnati in June 2019. In total, MAI has acquired seven financial institutions since 2017.

Olha is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey and a degree in Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. Olha serves on the New York City Estate Planning Council and is a board member of the Monroe Foundation.
