Insurance - MAI offers coverage options to eligible associates that includes medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance plans.  Health Care, Transportation and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts are also available.

Wellness Program - MAI provides access to a fitness center that includes a variety of classes from yoga to weightlifting.  MAI encourages employees to participate in semi-annual company wellness events that include free group exercise classes, nutritional information and fitness consultations.  Flu shots and health screenings are also available to eligible employees.

Internships

MAI offers the opportunity for candidates currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs to gain real-life experience through our internship program.  MAI is also involved in the Summer on the Cuyahoga program.

Qualifications:

  • Entering the school year as a Senior or first-year Master's student
  • Competitive GPA
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communications skills
