Wealth Advisor, Senior Associate
Regan is a Wealth Advisor at MAI, based out of the Reston, Virginia office. He joined the firm in 2021 and brings seven years of experience developing wealth strategies and financial plans for his clients. Prior to MAI, Regan was a Wealth Advisor at AWM Capital, where he created customized financial plans for professional athlete clients and high net worth clients. Regan began his career in wealth management in his hometown of Portland, Maine where he had extensive experience in financial planning and investment management with families and business owners while at Raymond James and Wells Fargo Advisors. Soon after graduating from high school in 2009, Regan was selected by the Seattle Mariners in the 28th round of the Major League Baseball Amateur Draft. However, he opted to attend college and continued to play baseball at Vanderbilt University and then Western Kentucky University. Regan captained the Hilltopper baseball team his senior year and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Financial Management. Regan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Certified Private Wealth Advisor CPWA®, and an Accredited Asset Management Specialist, AAMS®. Regan comes from a baseball family as his dad is the long term baseball coach at the University of Southern Maine and is a member of the ABCA Hall of Fame. His brother Ryan played for the Baltimore Orioles and is currently now a coach for the San Diego Padres. In his spare time, Regan enjoys playing golf, basketball and spending time with friends.
